How do I place an order?

    Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:

  • Click on 'Add to cart button' to add product to your cart
  • Click on 'checkout link' in the top right corner
  • You will then need to fill in your contact details and preferred shipping address
  • Choose your preferred payment option before clicking the ’Confirm order’ button

How will I know if order is placed successfully?

As soon as your order is placed, an email will be sent confirming your order.

For questions regarding the status of your order or if you are not a registered member, you may email us at sales@goldengateinc.com For faster service, please provide your order number when making inquiries.

How do I cancel my order?

How can I track my order?

Once the products are shipped, you will receive another email with the order tracking number.
